FAQ

    • Doggy Day Care: Full day care including two walks, rest, playtime, and socialisation with other dogs. We separate pups primarily by size for safety and to ensure each dog has suitable partners for playing. 

       

    • Puppy Package: A gentle introduction, available for pups under 6 months - up to 5 hours/day

       

    • Grooming: Full grooming, nail clips, or teeth cleaning by experienced groomers - pricing on application

  • All branches operate Mon–Fri, 07:30–18:30(Muswell Hill extends to 19:00).

  • No—there’s no minimum days per week. You can drop in as needed

  • Yes! You can swap booked days (subject to availability), plus bank unused days for up to 2 months.

  • To ensure a happy environment, dogs must be social and not in season. We assess every dog during our onboarding process, to guarantee a good fit. We are able to take puppies from 3 months old or when they have completed their first set of vaccinations. 

  • Dogs are grouped primarily by size (with separate areas for small, medium, and large dogs) and divided among human and canine friends for optimal play and supervision .

    • Dogs are always fully supervised by our expert teams

    • High staff-to-dog ratios

    • All staff trained in canine first aid as a minimum requirement

    • 5 Star Licenses at all branches - awarded by City of London. 

    • If there's an emergency we will of course call you immediately. If you can't be reached and urgent help is needed, we’ll take your dog to our designated vet, using our pre-agreed consent-to-treat protocol.

Tips & Reminders

  • Routine is key – dogs thrive on consistency. Try to keep their day constant each week. Banking and swapping is available if needed.  

  • Bring snacks or meals – supervised meal/snack comfort enhances enrichment and mental stimulation

  • Prepare for weather changes – while we dry them off, bringing a towel or a coat for chilly winter walks is a great idea.
